A California native, Niketa's cooking draws from her Louisianan heritage — blending the brightness of the West Coast with the depth of the South. Her practice has been shaped over years of programming meals for NFL and NBA athletes through pre-draft combines, off-season training, and the rhythm of an in-season schedule.
